Has activating the blood altar synergy a cooldown?

Specificly regarding the two morphs of blood altar. One morph increases synergy healing, the other increases the duration of the altar. Increasing the duration for another 7 seconds and 2% of damage as healing seems pretty weak - but if the synergy can be activated more often, it could be worth to take.

So can other players activate its synergy only once or more times? Currently I use it in the new World Boss fights.

Synergies can only be used once period, so if one person in the party uses it no one else can.

Interesting. The tooltip says "Allies can activate ...", but in reality it should read "One ally can activate ..."?

Well... it works the same as any other skill that can be synergies so im not sure whats the confusion is?

Well... it works the same as any other skill that can be synergies so im not sure whats the confusion is?

I thought because of the duration of the altar every ally could use the synergy at least once. And with the duration morph maybe twice. Other synergy skills last just a few seconds, so the related question never came to my mind.

It's lackluster and they know it should be replaced.
