How to login to Support Page :o Know 110% that Login Creds are Correct. Always get error page.

Helloez. Mmo Gamer since 2004 here & i dislike this new Scaling change what reduced meaning of Mmorpg, but came b to see how things look. Was Subber from launch to end of last spring & dropped Sub after Didn't Receive apology from Support / Tech Crew for Double Maintenance on one week. Other one was 10+ hrs & 2nd one close to it. Decided that no reason to keep supporting after no love for the Community / Long time Supporters. Came to it cause of no Official Apology & maybe Compensation like Bethesda made on 1st year

Many other Mmo Companies given Official Apology on case like that & even Compensation. CCP, Trion & Blizzard for example.

Question for a problem: How to Login to Support page When click Login or Signup always get wrong Handle or Pw window Tried typing PW manually & with Copy Paste. 110% Certain that is right one. PW not too short or too long & if would be then couldn't have created login for normal account. When try to Login or Signup with "normal" Account Handle & PW then doesn't work Tried Login 5+ times ) I have "Unable to Determine Current Version" Bug at Launcher & would like to get in touch with Suppport via this Support page where are Login / Signup https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login

2x Days ago when i Opened Launcher 1st time since early Summer i got the window pop that said it seems ur been using NA "or something can't recall what" so then Launcher started to verify things & took a long time.

If your password is really really long it won't work in the support page for some crazy reason. If you don't have a super long password then I'm not sure. A lot of password handlers create long passwords.

My PW has one special mark & couple numbers. Length is 8x letters so not that long Hopefully this gets solved as seems that there is no create new PW Option for Support page. No not fun to change that main "normal" PW again. I just changed it earlier today to see if it would help, but didn't

Im going to just recommend you you don't provide potential hackers ANY hints as to what your password is, whether it's length, characters, or their relative location or composition.

Probably would be a good move to change your password now. Always err on the side of caution with passwords, especially in ESO where everyone in-game knows your username and are one unique code away from access to your account.

Use Firefox. I tried it with Chrome and IE Edge and could never log in. Firefox logs in fine.

@Hookgrin Ty for trying to assist. I'm using Mozilla Firefox already & been using it fulltime for manyyy years

Maybe Tech crew has made the Login at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login to be Pain in Spine so that less Traffic that way. I hope not & finally today was able to login to Normal Account Page. Yesterday tried 8x times & always got error page & Credentials were 110% Correct. Today when used same ones then got in at 1st attempt. Sad to see these kind of login problems to account management pages after experienced 2x errors with Launcher

Hopefully This be solved soon so can dive back into Tamriel.
