So Im on ps4 na an notice mounts look a lot different I don't know if it cause of lvl or different servers or what jus wondering cause I would love to make mine look like some of the others lol

If you're taking about armour and saddlebags, they're unlocked as you level up your mount's speed, stamina and inventory.

Just so you know, I believe the following is how it works:

Reaching lvl 20 stamina gives your mount armor
Reaching lvl 20 in sprint speed gives your mount a saddle
Reaching lvl 20 in capacity gives your mount bags
