It looks terrible. The only reason you might want it is if you're a Vampire who doesn't like going passed stage 1, so it's useful as a backup blood supply should there be no humanoids around.1 -

Seriously though I don't know the price on XBox (PC/NA it was less than 5k a couple of days ago, probably lower now), but I'd wait until later in the event to get it unless you're desperate. I dislike the appearance beyond stage 2 and even I wouldn't waste the ingredients on it, with the extended stage timers I don't think it's worth it. Also, my vampire is stamina-based so it's not particularly helpful in that regard either.

Checked last night, average price was 5k. It's dropping and will for a while until the event is done, maybe in a few months the price will rise again.0
