Where does one obtain the hands and shoulders of sets from in Craglorn?

Anamolies - Jewelry
Delves - Feet and Waist
Group Delves - Chest, leg, head, weapon, shield
????? - Hands, shoulder

That's a good question, thanks for asking it, I haven't been in Craglorn due to the Plunder Skull Zerg race with Dolmen melting WB spanking.

I will follow this discussion and hope someone gives their insights here.
