Gold Seller Spam out of control PS4 NA

The PS4 NA megaservers are being hit by an unending wave of spammers from MMOTANK dot com

The message is

3W"MMOTANK'COM 1000k=29"$

The PS4 does not have an easy report function from chat, and blocking the user necessitates a log out to take effect, which means the chat is unusable in its current state.

I suggest the word "mmotank" itself is placed into a list and if posted more than once generate a temp ban.

Neverwinter has this type of block but they just add random spaces punctuations ect the difference is in Neverwinter it is easy to report them... there is no way to beat the gold sellers other than eliminate trading completely and if they do that... besides they most likely have a shared guild where they store the gold with at least one account not advertizing to avoid total loss of those that can invite so if they get banned they don't loose anything they can just make a new PSN account and get back to spamming so unless ZOS targets the guilds they run and shuts them down it will get worse...

Finally @ZOS_DaryaK if zenimax shuts down their guilds can I have their stuff?

The spammers are now changing their message, adding more " and such. M'M"O"T"A"N"K" for example

We really need a report function from the chat itself, the fact we can only block via Playstation Network and it is not immediate makes this problem quite bad.
