Waterfalls animations disapeared (update 2.6.6)

After update 2.6.6 all waterfalls animations in the game are now green textures on my computer. I dont know what causing this issue but for sure it's connected to update 2.6.6 because it started to happen same day that update was launched. It's not huge issue but in some locations it looks really annoying and sometimes painfull for eyes to look longer on this. Any answer @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom is this known issue and possible date of fix ?
