Crafting help

is it possible to craft the vicious death, transmutation, and Nikolas sets, or do other have to be awarded by another source? would really like to have their bonuses in my own style set.

Unfortunately, no. Those are dropped sets.

That's the hitch. There are a handful of useful craftable sets. But a lot of the drop sets are better overall. I mix and match. With jewelry you have ten total pieces. So two full five piece sets. Or a 5, a 3 and a two. But I craft chest, legs, boots, gloves, and belt. Then drops for undaunted are monster helms and pauldrons. So you can still use those. Or do what I do. Get a jewelry set with a matching helmet and pauldron.

This really depends on your patience and your build.

If you have the time to do the farming runs needed to get a full dropped set of impenetrable (in your favorite dropped set) ... that would be the way to go.

There are a handful of good crafted sets out there. And, those you can make right away assuming you have the requisite amount of traits researched and the mats.

I mainly use a high elf night blade for PvP, and i am trying to use use sets that pretty much increase health, magika, recovery, spell critical, etc.
So far i use vicious death and transmutation, but when i level up, i was thinking either molag kena or lord warden set.
As for crafting i am leaning towards the eyes of mara or the law of julianos set.
