Same here. I tried contacting "Support", which told me to add firewall exceptions and forward a bunch of ports on my router, as if I was trying to play the game for the first time. I don't believe the issue is on my end, since I was able to play normally last Thursday (Oct 20th). Nothing changed on my network configuration.

All doors in "the world" are open (overreacting), I repaired the launcher, downloaded the patch manifest and everything else. The funny thing is I can normally log on EU server, but nothing for NA. Always the same errors: "could not connect to the server".

I haven't tried logging into the EU server, but I am still locked out of the US server.
I get error codes 200, 108 and 301, which basically say "login failed" or "Could not connect to server". I tried a lot of things, including what the support team recommended, but nothing worked.
Occasionally I am able to login, but then I get an infinite loading screen either when choosing my character or when moving from one zone to another.
It's not right to announce that "the issues related to logging in to the megaservers have been resolved at this time" when in fact they were not. You might have solved the problem for most people, but some of us are still locked out, and ZOS does not seem to acknowledge the issue.
Support keeps telling me to update my video driver, my router firmware and other non-sense.
