I am leveling a stamina nightblade. What is the best way to level?

Just do stuff. Wherever you want to do that stuff you're going to do. Everything scales.

If this is your first time playing the game, pick a zone that you like the feel of...either exotic stonefalls, medieval glenumbra, or picturesque auridon. The pick a direction and quest, discover new locations, hunt for skyshards, do the main quest, etc.

If this is your 12th toon that you're leveling, this is what I plan on doing to level a stamina sorc:
1. Grab all the skyshards on my starter island
2. Pick a zone (I'm going to start at auridon then work my way to the right). Discover all wayshrines
3. pick up all easily obtained skyshards
4. Clear each dolmen in the zone
5. Move to the next zone

When I'm done with this, I should have a good number of skill points and can go anywhere. I should be well on my way with all true discovery experience. I clear out dolmens for fighters guild xp.

6. To level up further, I'm going to do quests and delves that I know have undead enemies (lots of these in glenumbra and rivenspire)
7. If I'm still not at level 50 yet, move on to public dungeons, starting with the one in shadowfen and cold harbor

My goal is to get to level 50 with enough skillpoints to make a competitive build, and have fighters guild level 10 without grinding.

Well my newest build I have just been going zone to zone gathering all lore books, sky shards and dolmens. The only quests I have done have been the public dungeon ones and the occasional found item in a dolmen ones. Currently level 33 and just starting on the AD side of the map so leveling is pretty easy. The only thing I am noticing particularly on my "back" bar is my skills are advancing very slowly. Oh also no tweak only uses items he finds or has made himself so not optimized at all still having few issues with content.
