So I wanted to post my new build on here since all these cool new sets came out and got updated! Mainly to help out new want to be healers and to get some feedback from some exp healers!
So here we go!

Templar-Breton

Set-5 piece rattlecage (helm, shoulders, legs, gloves, necklace) armor all divines

Weapons-Main bar sword and shield of willpower. Back Bar Master resto staff.

Enchants-Armor (helm,shoulders,robe,boots,legs-max magic) (belt,gloves-max health)

Champion Points-I am only CP 488 but have it separated evenly in the thief tree's between Magician in the Tower tree and Arcanist in the Lover tree.
In the mage tree all Cp are in the apprentice tree line separated 75cp into blessed, and the rest evenly between elfborn, spell erosion, and elemental expert.
In the warrior tree's I split between the lady and the lord tree i brought quick recovery perk up to about 5% for self heals about 14 CP the rest put into the lady tree line brought light armor focus up to 5k about 50 or so CP the rest split between thick skinned, elemental defender, and hardy about 20 in each.

Mundas Stone-Spell power

This healer build, is it for PvP only or PvE too? If its PvE too, maybe you might somehow include Sentinel of Rkugamz in your build, since it procs like crazy and really make a huge impact on tank/dd stamina gain in battle.

All the following is from a PvE healing perspective.

Some things, are you using blue Max health/max magic food? If not, do it. Healers do not need more then the default amount of stam.

Your SPC really ought to be all armor and golded out. I mean the difference between purple and gold is like 9 extra spell and weapon damage but you are wearing to give that stat to everyone, so it is best to max it.

Rattlecage is a terrible set. Just like draugh king slayer, the major sorcery bonus is easy to get, either through pots or entropy, or my favorite a dk tank running igneous weapons. But really though, that buff is not really needed for a healer, most of the time, your heals are big enough, especially with the amount of course you have in bleased. Plus the Jewelry is all health, that is bad for a healer.

So instead of that set, and if you can't get/don't want to run trials, get worm cult. The five piece is a percentage, so it doesn't really matter that the jewelry is purple or blue. Plus you save a ton of magic for your group. You will have to wear seven light but as a healer, that is fine, you maximize the light armor passive, IE the regen and cost reduction ones, so your heals cost less on top of worm cult.

Change your mundas to the thief, it is much better then the apprentice for healing and dps, you ought to aim for <50% crit on your main healing bar.

Max out cost reduction in the CP tree then the rest into regen, will do better then an even split.

You are wearing four heavy and 3 light, this is bad because you do not get the passives from either skill line for wearing at least five. Also Light armor focus requires you to have at least five pieces of light on or the passive doesn't work. So you are wasting the CP in that.

Speaking of wasting CP, how many do do you have into elfborn? Because there are "jump points" were if you have to into the star, they don't do anything.

As a healer, I have 30 into quick recovery, for the magic regen to the people I res and the 15% damage reduction while ressing. So I would put them there and then evenly split between else defender and Hardy till 15% and the the rest into thick skinned.

At CP 488, you ought to be able to get away with no health on your armor, depending on your race, as an argonian, I run with 17k health most of the time but if you are not a race that gets a health bonus, run a one health enchant on your armor, on one of the big pieces, is the chest legs or head.

You don't need 75 points into blessed, at most you need 10% more healing, which is 27 CP. Then the rest ought to go into eledamage and thaumaturge, evenly if you are a temp that is running shards and Jesus been.

That is all I can see right now.

Build looks good but I haven't tested Rattlecage.

For four man dungeons I prefer SPC + Aether + Kena shoulder. Since you have all pcs in divines I would change mundus to Thief for higher crits. Also I prefer destro over S&B at least for trials. Maybe go DW with 2 sharpened VD/Torugs.

Your stats seems good and if the character feels good to play I would just use the current setup for the time being.

Btw. lucky you got more than one divines SPC  I only have one pcs so far. Both my healers use mostly sturdy, reinforced, infused and WF and still get through all HM pledges. In fact sturdy and defending isn't all that bad for a healer IMHO. I run with only 17k health and this has kept me alive many times.
