Player stuck in permanent load screen

I put in a ticket, never got help so maybe I can get help here.

Gap closed into a load screen in Cyrodiil. Never ended so I logged out and back in. Logging in, I am STILL in a load screen that never ends.

Help please?

Same issues with Cyrodil here. Stuck in loading screen. Happened last night too. Ohhh I'm so glad I pay money for this.
