I haven't played since like the first adventure zone was released so I have got a lot to catch up on.
I'm looking for some different builds for my Dark Elf DK that will be fun - primarily solo PVE for the time being.
My character is of course all respeced but here are some relevant stats so you know what I can play with:

Champ Level 40
199 Skill points
64 Attribute Points
All class skills 50 / Rank 4
All armor skills 50
2H = 50
DW = 39
1h + Shield = 45
Bow = 27
Destro Staff = 10
Restro Staff = 45
Vampire 10
Fighters 10
Mages 9
Undaunted 4

Crafting:
Clothing 50
Enchanting 50
Provisioning 50
Blacksmithing 35
Woodworking 33
Alchemy 4

I would also love advice on what I should do content wise, I have resubbed so I could do any of the DLC (shrug).

    Your skill lines look all over the place. This game rewards stacking either stamina or magicka. Hybrids aren't end game viable. Both StamDK and magDK are strong for endgame, so decide which you want to be. There's lots of good variety with each and they're fun in their own ways.

    Yeah I remember trying to level with a little bit of everything so I'd at least get those lines up if I ever wanted to use them.

    I understand that the game favors being heavily Magicka or Stamina based builds, but I'm looking for some examples of each - what weapons do they use, what are some of the key abilities, etc. It doesn't have to be super detailed but I need a good starting point.

    I would start with a magDK. Grab a fire staff and start training it it up. You can use another destro staff or a resto staff as a backup. Your ardent flame abilities affordable both excellent single target and AoE damage, and burning embers heals you too. Basically, use ardent flame and a fire staff.

    Check out the new and returning player thread on Tamrielfoundry.com as well. You should be able to Google it and find the thread easily. Should help a lot.
