Imperial City die in Sewers and spawn in City still dead bug.

Player killed me in the Sewers and it let me choose to respawn in the city above at a district my faction owned, and this happened when the loading screen ended...
Hopefully this will get fixed at some point... Relogging fixed it but what if the relog had kicked me out of Cyrodiil?
