Trying to dye my character but the camera keeps zooming out and bluring my character. Playing on ps4. Anybody know of a way to stop this?

Whiphid✭✭✭✭Myself and guildies have seen this on various dye stations. Whenever you enter the dyeing process, the image of the character becomes very blurry. Can this be fixed?One land! One Emperor! Who among you will stand with me?
