✭Yeah, I thought the ability to cast in towns was a strange design decision. But then they added game mechanics inspired by previous single player games using the same license that required combat skills in towns.
Heck, I almost did the did the very thing I hated when challenging murderers to duels, even in a bank of all places. But none of that sort accept duels. Not a one.
So I gave up and do the banking and breakdown chores in quieter towns.
