Screen freezes on XP gain when using destro staff

I have heard of other people with this problem. It doesn't occur straight away either, you need to be online for a while for it to start. If you weapon swap to a non-destro weapon the stutter disappears - and reappears when you swap back. Have tried turning off various HUD items to no avail. The problem has been around for months, I just haven't bothered until now as I was happy with resto staff but now I want to use that destro ulti! Using a PS4 and playing from Australia on the NA server.

ArgoCye✭✭✭✭I gather not many/any people are getting this issue. Wonder if it is a PS4 thing? It does disappear when I log out and then log back in, but it is impossible to play when it is happening (particularly when Vicious Death procs!).0
