Is there an option to purchase more than 1 crown pack at a time?

Maintenance for the week of December 16:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – December 16
• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)

    I couldn't find one. I had to renter my card data over and over. It was a bit annoying. All it would take is a "quantity" box.

    Sadly you have to buy em 1 at a time. ZoS may want your money, but apparently they don't want it that fast. >:)

    Ok, well I don't feel silly then. Now my real problem is I purchased 2 packs back to back yesterday, received the crowns, then my bank declined one as a duplicate transaction. I called my bank and they pretty much told me to suck it that they did it for my own good. I don't know if ZOS will try running it through again or suspend my account for fraud or something. Also for some reason I can't seem to make a support ticket for it. I PMed @ZOS_GinaBruno but haven't received a response, but I am sure she is busy and I am just being impatient. sigh.....

    You can make a screenshot of your billing history on your ESO account
    you get dates and unique number code per transaction
    that could help with your bank

    A multiple-crown purchase option is something we'd like to work on and has been discussed internally but there is no current ETA.

    I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes, spoke with 4 different people and was told in the end there was nothing they could do about it and I had to take it up with Zos and get them to run it through again.

    Thanks and I know, but at least they took my call and gave me some sort of answer. I haven't received any response from ZOS on what will happen. I can't be the only person that has experienced this issue, guess I will just have to continue waiting....
