Bug Report - Major Savagery buff stacking

Stats for lvl42, stamina templar, dual wield, precise daggers, medium armor, twice born star 5x, night morther's 4x, warrior and shadow stones.
Major Savegery stacked from Expert Hunter (Fighters Guild skill) slotted, and Puncturing Strikes->Biting Jabs (Templar skill).
Disappearing and appearing periodically.
I bet it's just an UI bug but can't confirm any differences in damage, since the crit is already high even without stack.
