Current best build for a MagSorc?

So now that my StamDK is geared and ready to go, I'm gearing up all my alts. What's considered the BiS build for end-game PvE for MagSorcs right now?

Also, I don't have a sharpened vMA inferno staff. Should I use my vMA lightening staff on the back bar instead? My main bar I'm using Aether lightening staff currently.
