[SUGGESTION] New vampire feeding animation

Hello! Dear Zenimax, please add some "classic" vampire neck bite feeding animations to the game. I absolutely LOVE the awesome murdering animations introduced with Dark Brotherhood so from a technical perspective I don't see a reason that a physical feed animation couldn't work somewhat the same way. Maybe also make this a vampire exclusive murder animation too in the random murder animation rotation so we can instantly kill our target by feeding on them and then break their necks or rip their throats out or something? Thanks!

These vampires do not have fangs, I believe ZoS may of intended them to be based off of the pre-Dracula style vampires where vampire's were depicted without fangs and actually resembled bloated corpses which you do at stage 4, nor were they effected by sunlight and I am fine by that, it shows that not all vampire's have to be the same.

    To put it simple

Original Vampire Clan resembles one of the Original Vampire depictions, the Volkihar clan in Skyrim were based off of Dracula where they had fangs and were simply weakened in sunlight and could turn into bat monsters A.K.A the vampire lord form, Vampire's in ES games previous however were closer to the modern depiction and burned in sunlight.

Personally I would love it if vampired that join the dark brotherhood get an "Bite of Woe" upgrade to their feeding instead of the blade of woe thing where you sometimes have treouble determining if you want to assassinate someone, or feed on them.

Of course, I for one would also love to see voluntary blood donors show up in some Vampire Sanctuary, or for wamps to have an option to charm some NPCs into non-violent feedings...
But hey, maybe I just played too many roleplaying games of the sort ;)

There is mention of vampires having fangs in ESO, though, so there is at least one existing branch of vampirism that has fangs and that is up and about and available to infect people during ESO time. It might even be our branch and ZOS just didn't change the models to reflect that.

    Edit:

This is a book called "Confessions of a Vampire Devotee" in Anvil.

ZOS didn't even put the vampire overlay skin under the make up and body markings layer. It is possible that they just didn't add fangs because that would be a change on the character model, and one that would get very little visibility.
Unless, of course, there is an in-game source that says that Lamae's branch specifically isn't supposed to have fangs. Then I'll stand corrected.

Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

They should have fangs considering you can make your Toon with the 2 puncture marks on his neck. Just saying...

    lol

I went out of my way to take that screen, and the most obvious indication of vampires having fangs in this game was right there in my face. Thank you for pointing it out.

@TX12001rwb17_ESO. Why would ZoS base these vampires on something so different and not actually stick to the vampire theme already established in the ESO universe and previous games?

@Osteos. Penetrating their neck veins with your teeth making blood squirt around your face and then sever their carotid and thyroid artery by ripping their throats out isn't messy enough for you? :D

@TheShadowScout. "Bite of Woe" is a good word for what I mean :D I wouldn't want it to replace the knife stabbings though. They are just too god damn awesome!

@Kodrac. I would be disappointed too. Got your attention though ;)

@Abeille. Yeah the model change for a miniscule detail probably is the reason they dont have fangs here. And having branches of different vampires shouldn't stray too much off the main and well established vampire concept in any game/movie/story anyways. If they change it too much they might as well call it something entirely different.

@Vaerth. I'm not a werewolf so I don' know(or care)...How about a belly rub?. Ok in all seriousness, you could get some sweet animations as well and could do some serious body mangling when sneaking up on your target.

Are you assuming all vampire's are the same and have the same powers and weakness's? that is untrue as vampire bloodlines can be very very different from one another, but why is this clan so different you may ask? well that is because this is the original vampire clan, features such as fangs are most likely an evolved or mutated trait that came along after.

It'd be pretty awesome if vamps got a sneakier bite too, maybe if you bite in stealth mode they just give someone's ankle a quick nip and go in their way without getting harassed by the guards.

No, I am not, and I made that clear on my post if you read it.

I am asking for proof of your claim that Lamae's branch specifically isn't supposed to have fangs and it isn't just ZOS not updating the model for something so small. So far, the only information we have about fangs is "vampires have fangs", with no branch being specified as not having them. Where does it say that they feed that way because they have no fangs instead of for the animation being implemented way too early on the game, back when they didn't have animation cam? Or are you just assuming there is a lore explanation for something that is actually of technical nature? I want to see your source, that's all.

Is our makeup supposed to go under our skin too?

I agree with Abeille here. There is no evidence that the Lamae strand of vampirism has no fangs. I think it was strictly a technical issue that ZOS didn't want or didn't have time to solve. I would really love to see a bite animation with fangs using the new Blade of Woe tech they added in for Dark Brotherhood.

That's not entirely true. If you slot your Werewolf Ultimate, you get Stam regen bonus even in humanoid form. Now granted that's a gameplay bonus but you could say they can recover faster physically while the transformation is close (hence it being slotted).

The feeding animation should be an instant kill similar to Blade of Woe, also it shouldn't be considered a Murder crime unless some NPC or guard witnesses you, like pick pocket.
