ScarCrow Mask not Dyeing the Selected Color

I have noticed this problem with several armor pieces not dyeing the selected color. The ScarCrow Mask is one such item. I have attached a photo showing the Mask and a Jacket dyed with Coldharbor Ash Black. The Jacket is showing the correct dye. The mask however, is a light Charcol color.
