Imperial City Tel Var set questions

So according to this information on this web site, which I take with a grain of salt due to it being a wiki http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Imperial+City+Sets and this post from @ZOS_GinaBruno on the patch notes

"In order to support One Tamriel which allows you to go anywhere, we needed to make several significant changes to itemization and item sets. In general, each zone and dungeon in the game will now drop 3 sets – one for light, medium, and heavy armor – and all set drops in the game will scale up to CP160.
Item Sets will now drop for every item slot.
This excludes the Agility, Endurance, and Willpower jewelry sets.", there should now be weapons and jewelry for Tel var sets.

Now so far I have not come across weapons or jewelry for any of the Tel var merchant set's and no one in my guild has either. So I am wondering if we can get some sort of confirmation either from the dev team or from players who have been spending more time then myself in Imp city since the patch dropped. Are there now Rings, and weapons for these sets can we confirm and how do we get them? Are they random drops? Tel Var boxes? Drops from sweeper/sewer bosses? Molag bal drops? Random chest's? Any information would be helpful thanks.

Supposed to have weapons and jewelry, but devs messed up. Will be addressed in future incremental patch....sorry gotta wait for those black rose wpns

@Danksta I'm aware that before this patch they did not drop, however with the one tamriel patch I wasn't sure if that changed based on the vague comment on the patch notes it's easy to assume that they may have added the unique drops from mobs to the set's like they did with the dungeons, or added just the jewelry and weapons to content other then the merchants/boxes to keep us with stockpiles of tel var from just grabbing the new gear.

thanks for the info @UppGRAYxDD Where id you get this information though if you don't mind me asking? Not interested in Weapons really but am in love with the thought of being able to mix and match the sets more now, More options equals more builds and I'm perfectly fine with that.
