✭There are 3 spots one in Rivenspire Reapers March and The Rift where there are shrines. other players can infect you while you are near those shrines. They are unmarked just google the ESO werewolf shrine locations.PS4 NA

✭You should be at least like level 20 (to complete the initiation quest, but you can collect the bite at any time).
Go to the shrine. Ask for a bite via zone text chat. Usually someone is willing to help eventually. It's way faster than the stupid Npc spawns.0
