How do I obtain Lich

I was thinking about trying my magsorc and was wondering where you go to farm the Lich set, because I don't want to spend a lot of money right now.

    If it still drops from the dolmens in Cyrodiil, or if someone is still selling a left over BoE from there, then yes you can buy it.
