Question, would the offset from rings(Health instead of magicka, since can only find medusa rings in healthy) offset the arcane on most rings, be a dps loss when you consider the minor force(12% crit?)
I am wondering if 2heavy (Medusa chest and legs) with 3 jewelry (Or chest, weapon, 3 jewelry) be a dps plus or neg vs another set (Example 4 pc IA or even willpower, as in would medusa + TBS be good idea?)
