Veteran Hel Ra Citadel glitch BLOCKS PROGRESS

Somehow this bug hasn't made it onto the forums yet, but I know that numerous bug reports have been filed. The bug happens only after the team splits into two groups, the "top" group, and the "bottom" group. On the bottom group, there is an archer boss who summons Welwas. If the group wipes on this boss, HE WILL NOT RESPAWN, and the group will be unable to progress in the trial. Right now there isn't much outcry about the bug, but now that the weekly is Veteran Hel Ra Citadel, I have a feeling there will be lots of protest in response to this glitch. This has not happened only to my group, it has happened to all sorts of trials groups on more than one occasion. After the bottom group wipes, the boss simply will not reappear, and the lever leading to the next room will not open. Please fix immediately, or else most groups won't be able to complete the weekly!

    Interesting ... Never wiped there but good to know for when and if that happens ...

    I've wiped three times there already :( Some people have it worse, though, having to restart five times.

    Pretty annoying when doing training runs for guildies needing to one shot this guy please fix this zos.

    Same problem with my guild last night. Zoz pls fix this bug, is really annoyng.

    This happened several time to my guild too... I opened a ticket to report the bug. Hope they'll fix it soon.

    2017 and still happening. Idc about grave digging but please can this be fixed??
    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    I’m necroing this post from 2 years ago because this is still a problem! how it is possible this hasn’t been fixed yet? I have a guild mate who has never completed vHRC because of this bug.

    And yeah, “don’t wipe” is a solution, but our bottom healer last night is new to vet trials, and things don’t always go perfectly.

    Edit: PC-NA, since I just found this post when looking up the bug, and platform doesn’t seem to be posted elsewhere.

    I would guess it doesn't receive much attention because the bottom boss is very easy, and wipes are probably very uncommon.

    If the top boss caused this bug, it'd be a different story. ;)

    Question, when you guys whiped on that boss, what did the other side do with their boss? Killed it? Whiped it?
