Ah, cool. So it is a new thing since I left a while ago. Good to know. Been in the unfortunate situation where I've deconned something I'd meant to keep...ShadowMage wrote: »
@ShadowMage Yeah they added it in a major patch awhile ago. I think Thieves guild or Dark brotherhood? If on PC just right click on the item and select lock. On console it's whatever button would bring up the option list that has "delete item, charge item" etc. bring that menu up (I think it's triangle) and select lock.
Zenimax,
all the requests, pleas, appeals and demands can wait.
Please just implement a lock option for items on the deconstruction screen at the crafting station.
I beg you!
No I mean a lock option. An unlock option cant be implemented as you can't see locked stuff anyway.
Example:
I have farmed for new sets for an hour and now have 120 armor and weapon items in my bag. I walk up to the crafting station and decon 115 of them because they have useless traits, are no set items or are from a useless set that doesnt sell (or a combination of those factors).
Why can't I lock those I don't want to deconstruct while deconstructing the others? I always have to scan everything I have beforehand, then lock three items and then go ahead with deconstructing the rest. As I am lazy I usually end up accidentially deconstructing stuff I wanted to keep while rapidly deconstructing those hundreds of items (e.g. when the cursor jumps because the scroll bar on the right disappears etc.).
