Trading Bug - both item and gold went missing

I traded 80K for a gold Pumpkin mask and I saw the trade go through on the screen, but both the item and the gold never showed in our inventory afterward. I've never heard of this bug before. I'm sure I wasn't ripped off, unless the guy jerked the item out at the last second. I hope not! We both put in tickets but I never heard anything back so I think I'm just out that 80K. Anyone have this happen to them? I'm very pissed off.
