Can Mage's Wrath and morphs be dodged? (regular attack, and finisher)

✭✭✭✭✭The regular attack is easily dodged. It even has a slight delay which causes it to be that much easier to roll dodge.
The timeframe allowed to dodge this skill is larger than most other abilities

✭✭✭✭If the person is at 20% health or less it can't be dodged as the person is dead before the caster moves his hand
However if they are above 20% health or heal above that before you cast it can be easily dodged. Timing is key if you can anticipate your enemy getting to 20% health you can kill peeps mid dodge with it.Rinaldo Gandolphi-Breton Sorcerer Daggerfall Covenant
