1. Always wondering, if loot for such items are decided (by system RNG) upon pickup or opening?

2. Is Champion System Improve item quality Passives working for Orisnium daily quest Boxes?

    would think the trigger would be opening - makes more sense from a programming point of view.

    Not sure what you mean @Lord_Dexter by "Champion System improve item quality Passives working for this loot?"

    There is a passive in the crafting skill line that reduces the cost of improving item quality, and yes that applies for all gear.

    Unsure of any Champion Point passive that impacts crafting improvements.

    I am sure it does not apply to trial Coffers and crafting writs..
