Debilitate does not stack

Hey everyone,
we run in a nightblade duo and have the issue that "Debilitate", the Cripling Grasp morph does not stack with another NBs Debilitate. When my friend applies her debilitate, my own dot is cleansed from the target.
Is this intended? Can only one NB run this dot?

✭Good question as a mageblade main my main source of damage is DOT especially debilitate if this is true...PS4 NA

✭Debilitate does stack with crippling grasp, didn't test if two crippling grasps stack though.
