Small issue with application of Major Savagery from Toothrow

Steps to reproduce:
1. Slot a skill that gives Major Savagery, e.g. Expert Hunter
2. Equip 5 pieces of Toothrow
3. Un-slot Expert Hunter
4. Effect: Major Savagery goes away, even though Toothrow is equipped
You need to un-/re-equip a piece of Toothrow to have Major Savagery applied. The same issue occurs with Major Sorcery from Mage Light / Treasure Hunter.
This is certainly just a minor issue, but it did lead to a little confusion on my end when I first tried Toothrow as a replacement for Expert Hunter.
