[X1] Im CP160+, where do you get 160 gear?

I hit 160CP yesterday, did daily veteran pledge, got 140 purple and 150 blue..
Heard that you needed to be 165+ for 160+ gear,
Got 165 now, did normal pledge, 140 purple, 150blues...

Same on veteran still too I guess?

Did veteran now, 166CP, still 140 purples... And blues 140-160?

Do you mean monster helms? If so odd. tho certain sets have a top limit. hopefully Once OneT drops it will clear it for you.

Havent got any monster helm drop yet in those veteran I have done, talking about other drops

Got a worm raiments belt, 140... suxx as I want that set on my healer

As you are on console, you won't have the One Tamriel update until this week. All older, non-DLC dungeons will only drop CP140 gear unless it's the monster helm. With the update that will change and all sets will be available from level 1 to CP160
