Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure Lycanthropy is on the list of active effects on the character sheet

2. Consume a Bloody Bloody Mara

Expected Results

1. The Bloody Bloody Mara effect should be added to the list of active effects on the character sheet.

Actual Results

1. The Bloody Bloody Mara effect is added to the list of active effects on the character sheet.

2. Stage 1 Vampirism is also added to the list of active effects.

3. Lycanthropy remains on the list of active effects.
