All Witches Festival Items After Event.

I've been scrolling through trying to find this information but I haven't stumbled upon a definitive. Will all items from this event be bound to you after the event ends? I.e. If I stock pile Masks can I sell them after or will I just have a bunch of hats I can't use?

If you keep the runeboxes they will still be tradeable, just don't open them. Same goes for motif pages and recipes.

If the motif pages and recipes hold true to other ones you collect via the game then you should be able to sell or trade them after the event. I have never seen a recipe or motif page bound to a particular character unless you used it. For the Masks I really don't know. However, ZOS might throw in a curve ball and make all the event items bound on pickup after the event so a confirmation would be nice.

I have collected several motif pages and recipes. I only use one character as my Master Crafter so that character learns all the motif styles. As for the recipes they are learned via all characters but I still have quite a few left. Hoping to sell them after the event. Right now they are flooding the game and are worth virtually nothing except for the masks.
