UPDATE: in case you were looking for Vire Redhands and couldn't find him here's some pics to guide you.

I must have walked past him a dozen times but he was getting farmed by everybody and since the dungeons guides showed him at the top of the passage I didn't even know it was his corpse.






I'm looking for him in Crimson Cove in Malabal Tor and he's not in the place the dungeon guides say he should be. Someone said he's in a different place but didn't tell me where so I don't know if he's just trolling me.

I think he's on the way to the 2 quest bosses you have to defeat there, in a corner in the hallway

Yeah, just before Siro and Helvia in the hallway to the far east.

and iirc, Peras has been put on Viro's old location to start his quest in the cove
