So one of my characters has been locked since I came back to the game from a couple months hiatus. There is really nothing I can do on my side to fix this--I own the DLC in which he is parked: Imperial City. Knowledge base says to contact customer support for such an issue. I've had an in-game ticket open for a couple of days now. I submitted another this morning. How about some love?
