Another Attempt On Another Build

So this is another try at a build fora character that uses the summoned familiars to support him in battle while attacking with his main weapons. The first bar is really the only usable option with Invasion, Pierce Armor, and Heroic Slash, with the Unstable Clanfear, and Twilight Matriarch, and the Storm Atronach for the support. Because to make the second bar usable, I would have to take up two slots with the Clanfear and Twilight leaving only three other spots for attacks, I instead made the second bar things that aren't really meant to be used with this directly.Instead they are there just for the passive boost they give while being slotted., all except for the Inner Light So you have Evil Hunter, Immovable Brute, Absorb Magic, Structured Entropy, Inhner Light, and Flawless Dawnbreaker. Recuse the only things that use Magica are the summoned support familiars, I shouldn't need to put very many points into my Magica, just enough to be able to summon them, then the rest of the majority of points could go into Stamina, and Health where the main focus is.

A pet hybrid is not viable with low magicka.

Pets scale with max magicka, (for dmg) only clannfear's heal is health based (and EXTREMELY expensive - again low magicka is an antithesis)

You want high max magicka.

Also passives like innerlight will only do something when you're on that bar.

Innerlight only on a backbar you don't use is literally a complete waste.

I like LL and Power Surge or other long lasting buffs or AoEs on the backbar.

If you're running a pet build, I highly recommend max magicka and Necropotence

Would 16 Stamina, 16 Magica, and 17 Health be enough? I would also be getting boot to Magica from some other passives too.

If you want more HP and stam infuse head, chest, legs, and shield with prismatic defense. Go 100% magicka on stats. HA would be a viable option to up hp and just wear 2 LA and 2 MG skills on your bar.

Not putting anything into health and stamina, wouldn't that mean I;d have very low health, and not be able to use my weapon attacks very much though? How would not putting anything into my weapon attacks, and health to be able to live longer, just to power up the support work?
