FIrst person bug after One Tamriel Witches Festival

Hallo guys,
I have encountered a weird bug after Witches festival. I usually play with camera zoomed out to second person view, but now after One Tamriel Witches festival, everytime when I loot a dead enemy, it automaticly zooms in to almost 1st person (right to my shoulders). It is kind of annoying to have to zoom out again everytime.
I believe this is not intended, but a bug, right?
