Xbox One Wired/Wireless controller

I am wondering if Xbox One controller is working very well with the game. I am not a big fan of keyboard and I returned Steam controller to get my money back.

As far as I'm aware, it works fairly well. Definitely give it a shot!

It works very well. Actually it works better than most if you're running win 10
Just make sure you're using the newest Xbox one controller OR be sure to update the firmware on the controller prior to trying to use on ESO.

What about xbox 360 controller?

The Xbox 360 controller worked....I have won 10 tho so you'd have to look at comparability however the Xbox 360 controller can't be wired unless you buy an old one that is wired. The wireless 360 controllers require a dongle

I'd suggest to go with the Xbox one controllers as there are many iterations since release.

I use the Xbox one Elite controller (for the extra paddles int he back for weapons swapping, ultimate and synergies) with the keyboard attachment (keyboard works with regular xbox one controller as well). Change some keybinds to fit what i need and its great. I did also keybind the controller/ keyboard mode switch to a key so i can easily go back and forth. I really don't like the controller ui for guild stores or inventory and bank management.

Totally agree. I'm a big fan of the Xbox One Elite controller because of the extra paddles. I never truly got the hang of using a gaming mouse, and the controller makes the game more fun for me.
