✭The damage done Winged Twilight and Storm Atronach depends on your Spell Damage which is affected by Expert Mage. However, the healing done by the Twilight Matriach does not depend on Spell Damage so is not affected by Expert Mage.
By Disintegrate did you mean Implosion? If so, I have been unable to proc implosion with either of them.Reference for any calculation I make Introduction to PvE Damage Calculation1
