Help Me Report the Bot

The player behind me in the image below has been macro'ing harvesting in the same spot in Craglorn near the Shada Tear Wayshrine since the 9th. I've submitted several videos of this and no action has been taken. He's there every day...and mostly all night long.
If you are on PC NA go to Craglorn to the spot marked on the map just over the river by the waterfall and report this player. This can't be considered naming and shaming as I'm not putting their name in, but you can go see their name for yourself.
Please assist and lets see how long it actually takes ZOS to respond. It's already been a week with no action taken.

✭It varies, but the delay isn't that long. A few minutes at most. This guy is there almost 24/7.0 -
