any way to change dialogue screen settings?

The dialogue screen settings are a little anti-immersive to me. Just seems like you exit the game and half the screen is a way too zoomed in character, the other half is a book that I end up just reading more than watching the NPC and listening to the actual conversation.

Is there a way to move the humongous dialogue box to the bottom of the screen? I want it to be more like Fallout 4 or Skyrim's dialogue view, if possible. I play on xbox one btw.
