    I got both within first 30 skulls o:

    I got the Scarecrow around the 10th skull (didn't count, but I only have collected 28 skulls yet, and the mask definately wasn't one of the last).

    Between 15-20 from Nerieneth but gave it to a group member as I've no interest in them since they don't give achievements and are purely cosmetic.

    Still missing the golden recipe and then I'm happy.

    Did anyone get a mask from a delve, dolmen or world boss? I'm wondering if this is a dungeon only drop.

    I got one in the critical mass quest inside the spellscar, and another in craglorn

    I'll let you know if I get one. But don't hold your breath, RNG hates me. Maybe if I pretend I don't care, the RNG gods will grant me them both.

    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    Haven't seen a skull yet lol

    Mind you I only did about 12 Dolmens last night... I'm sure dungeons will be better tonight..

    Are you using the skeleton buff? You need it or the skulls won't drop.
