I'm not sure if the 'hotfix' actually fixed what you were trying to fix. I do know it broke the game for me. I can't even get past the login screen without a CTD. If I'm extremely lucky, I may get a few characters of the password entered, most of the time I don't even get that far before I'm presented with the error report dialogue.
'Repairing' the launcher didn't fix anything.
Might want to get someone working on a hotfix for the hotfix.
Might not hurt to have someone working on a hotfix for that one too, just in case.
