Cannot enter Mage's Guild in Davon's Watch

As the title says, my character is unable to enter the Mage's Guild in Davon's Watch. It is Cadwell's Gold for me but there is still a small quest inside there, so I would like to be able to access it. As you can see from the screenshots below, as soon as the door is opened she is falling into a void. I then hit a loading screen and find my character at the Davon's Watch wayshrine. I have tried to enter four times in a row, once with all addons disabled, and had the same result. PC/NA server.

Shalidor wasn't very happy when I sacrificed Valaste to get a couple of skill points...

The mages guild seems to have placed protective charms on the door to prevent you from entering.

It seems like the interior of the guildhall hasn't loaded properly. Mechanically, within the game world, all building interiors are created and positioned below the ground level, so without the floor, porting through the door will drop you into the underground void. If it happens again, try /reloadui, as this may force the game to try to load the walls and floors again.

I did relog though, would that not have done the same thing? I'll try reloadui later today.
