✭Depends really i think. Stam nb's and stam dk's can get major fracture from Surprise Attack and Noxious Breath, stam sorc and stam templar cant, although stam templar can get minor fracture from Power of the Light.
So in that sense, i run NMG on my stam sorc and stam templar, Hundings on my stam nb and stam dk ^^1
