Self powered flight as a "mount"

I'll gladly pay $25 for a self powered flight mount that allows you to hover off the ground. The animations are already there, just add a bit more and boom. Epic "mount". I have been wanting this because my sorcerer is a telvanni. Almost all Telvanni dunmer mages can fly...all except mine. 
Lore wise, Telvanni peoples build their homes high up without stairs just because of that fact. If you arent a good enough mage, you cant have a home.
Come on ZoS. Make him finally one of the boys!

✭✭✭✭✭Since this could be used to get over some of the obstacles that the game has placed to restrict movement (usually for a good reason) this would require a major overhaul and rework of the world space to implement. Basically, Invisible walls would have to be added to more places than they are now, then rocks and cliffs would have to be restructured.
Its not just a matter of creating a frame, adding some animations and textures to it and listing it in the store.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I think you are over complicating this. It would be identical in function to a mount but instead of a horse model the player model would just be moved up a foot or so and have some sort of magical aura around the player.1 -

Uh...this has nothing to do with actual flying lol. It is just levitation. You are not moving up or downwards.0 -

✭✭✭I saw three Hags returning from their spawn point after apparently having given up on chasing some other player riding by that I didn't witness.
All three were very tall and floating very vertical and erect without animation, and pretty speedy. It's hard to describe but it was hilarious looking as their pathing took them over rough terrain and they bobbed up and down over the contours of the landscape.0 -
