Sad thing, those two traits drop more frequently than any other trait.
Working as intended though...
Prosperous (although i never use it and most don't) can make sense for endgame if someone wants to run a full set of them, grind some mobs to farm gold...i guess... but training?.... yeah training should be taken off cp160 gear i think.
Sets that grant a bonus to melee damage will now drop more intelligently (i.e. a set with melee damage will no longer drop with a bow or stave).

You can take 15 minutes farming flowers and make more gold than hours of killing with prosperous gear.
Doesnt make sense to drop the training trait when you mastered a skill already
I rescind my statement above,... it does make sense to have training cp160 if the player wants to grind cp. It is just a terrible trait for anything else. It's starting to make less sense to me to use prosperous.
Would be an interesting test though to try prosperous... do 4 dungeon runs. 2 with full prosperous and 2 without and see the difference in gold... it's proably slim..
Anyone ever actually use prosperous? I know training is used all the time for leveling,.. but i never heard of a prosperous set actually being used.

I've never actually tested it myself, but I have a hunch that after repair costs, impenetrable would actually yield more gold than prosperous.

Or just combine training and prosperous, make a resource return trait, and keep it in.
I actually like CP 160 training gear. Yes, it sucks when I'm looking for best in slot traits, but when I'm leveling a character, CP 160 training drops are nice. And here's why...
Once I hit level 50 on an alt, I still have to level skill lines. Training helps tremendously with this. Not only that, but since very few people want CP 160 training gear, it's usually super cheap in guild stores. It's actually far cheaper than crafting AND enchanting a full set of CP 160 training gear.
As for prosperous, meh. I'd like to see it either buffed or removed from the loot table.

But I don't think you need Molag Kena, Spellpower Cure or Roar of Alkosh for training. You could aswell be running with crafted Nightmother's Gaze or Julianos.
Doesnt make sense to drop the training trait when you mastered a skill already, personally would like to see this fixed.
That is all.

As for preposterous, I would like to see it removed as well but unfortunately it does make a little sense even at Cp160. Ideally training and preposterous would be removed as a primary trait completely and instead have the option of gear dropping sometimes with the secondary trait of preposterous or training. This would also add two new traits in the place of training and preposterous that effect combat stats. I'm not sure how crafting items with the secondary trait would work but it's the start of an idea.

Wait! Wait! Wait!
Did they change the game so that once you hit level 50 with a character and you already have 160 CP at least, all your skills get maxed automatically? No?
How about you get all the Champion Points so you don't need bonus XP anymore? No?
Ah. OK. As you were.

You can actually save just as much gold on repairs wearing impen opposed to making gold with prosperous.

Training is actually much more useful than prosperous. Once you get a new character to level 50 there are still plenty of skills lines that need leveling. With that being said, it has no place on end game gear loot tables. If you want to grind with training gear then craft some.
